He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Colburn and Pearl Colburn (Donley); his children, Christy L. Parsons, Cynthia Shoemaker and Greg Colburn; and his grandsons, Toby Mizer and Josh Colburn.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Colburn (Meneely); his daughter Deanna Murray (Richard); his son-in-law Michael Parsons of Coshocton; and his grandchildren, Greg Colburn (Susie), Jay Colburn (Mayme), Keri Bolin (Brittney), Bryan Parsons (Katie), Kendra Parsons (Mike), Amanda Rearic (Michael), Emily Rearic (Brian) and Tanner Shoemaker (Nicole). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren as well as four sisters.
