He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rosemarie "Nana" Cook and Walter Angulo; and his cousin Jennifer Deras. He is survived by: his father Teddy Walter Angulo Sr.; his children, Skyleigh and Ashlynn Tipton; his mother Gina (Pete) Toth (Cook); his children, Tristian, Julian, Leah and Dawson Angulo; his siblings, Antonia Angulo (Nathan Maynard), Samantha Cottrill, Mark of Justin, TJ, Laura, Dakota and Jordan Angulo; his grandparents, Maria Angulo and Ronnie Cook; his uncle Micheal Padilla (Kelly); and his cousins, Krystal LaPrade (Matt), Alex, Lana, Gemma and Francisco Lieras.
