He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary Smith, Ted and Phyllis Pappas. He is survived by: his parents, Deena Spaulding (Rod Schupp) and Dan Spaulding; his sister Anna Spaulding; his children, Alivia, Ross and Owen Spaulding; his grandfather Dr. R. Dale Smith; his nephew Clifton Hale Jr.; and his sibling Coco. He is also survived by 4 half-sisters; as well as his cousins, aunts, uncles, dear friends.
