He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Lee Bishop; his grandson Austin Collopy; and his brothers, Jeffrey and Kenneth Bishop. He is survived by: his parents, Blanche M. Bishop and James T. Bishop; his nephew Shane Carroll; his daughter Stephanie Thompson (John); his sister Donna Miller (James); his grandchildren, Sayge Shaffer (Jeremy), Cameron Collopy, Alex Thompson, Samantha Thompson and John A. Thompson; and his great grandchild Harper Shaffer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as several other friends and family.
