It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Peters (Coshocton, Ohio), born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Angeline; his daughters, Vicki James-Miller of New Albany and Debbie Paquette (Michael) of Upton, MA; his grandchildren, Emma James (Joshua Gilbert) and Peter James (Lusine); his stepgrandchild Ashley Paquette; his great grandchildren, Will Gilbert, Sophia and Irina James; and his brothers, Dale and Robert Peters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
