He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Addy Mosier (Grace); and his grandparents, J. Parker Addy and Rose A. Addy. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Addy (Ford); his brothers, Joseph Mosier (Alice) and Jonathon Mosier (Christy); and his sister-in-law Norma Clark (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
