She was predeceased by: her father Lester Gephart; her husband Edward Warden; her son-in-law Mike Holder; her great grandchild Ashley Hamilton; and her brother Larry Gephart.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Holder of Wooster and Jim Warden (Mona) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Michelle Force (Mike), Nikki Smith (Matt), Craig Holder (Brandi), Ryan Warden (Christy), Jamie Warden (Becky) and Julie Leist (Randy); her stepgranddaughter Kim Garrard (Jeff); and her sister-in-law Marilyn Gephart of Adams Mills. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren.
