It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Lessig (Coshocton, Ohio), who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marjorie Lessig to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Gatchel and Alice Gatchel; her husbands, John French and Don Lessig; her children, Keith and Tonya French; and her siblings, Robert Gatchell and Carolyn Wyff.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Gatchell and Margaret Schertzer of Upper Sandusky; her stepdaughter Marcia Schmitt (Nick); her grandchildren, Alexandra Schmitt (Geoffrey) and Sam Schmitt (Ann); and her great grandchild Teddy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (1500 Pleasant Valley Dr, Coshocton, OH 43812). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
