He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland O. Cox and Cynthia Elizabeth Cox (Parsons); his wife Jean F. Cox; his daughters, Patricia A. "Patty" Albertson and Marsha Reiss; and his grandson Neil Cox.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Ditto (Ron) of Warsaw; his sons-in-law, Terry D. Albertson of Coshocton and Michael Reiss of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Cox (Burgandy), Ryan Chaney (Heather), Bradley Albertson (Julie), Travis Albertson, Carissa Rothacher (Todd), William Stitler and Richard Stitler (Deann); and his great grandchildren, Megan, McKenna, Brant, Leiland, Courtney, Dakota, Aria, Kapri, Spencer, Taylor, Katie, Owen, Evan, Kaylee, Bradley, Elijia, James and Leland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
