He is survived by: his spouse Macil Shepherd (Simons); his children, Diane Lewis (Kelly), Laurie Kruze, Becky Vorhee, Bobby Lewis (Ida), Marnie McIntire (Shawn), Kirstin Wiley (Mike) and Bob Fetters (Cindy); his grandchildren, Abbagail Shepherd, Eddie, Katie Pack and Jeff Sells; his great grandchild Ariauna Pack; his brother John Shepherd; his close friend Bill Wagner; and his pet Ava. He is also survived by other great-grandchildren.
