She is survived by: her sisters, Donna Bates of West Lafayette and Marilyn Shroyer (Dean) of Conesville; her sisters-in-law, Nadine Evans of Indiana and Agatha Murphy (Ray) of California; her nieces and nephews, Pam Matz (Keith), Stan Bates (Marilyn), Ronald Bates (Candy), Todd Shroyer (Terry), Tammy Hardesty (Jon), Tom Shroyer (Jodi), Wesley Cockman (Elizabeth), Leslie Merrill (Jay), April Reyes (Ron), Steve Evans (Kaylynn), Jeff Evans (Rita), Mike Evans (Debbie) and Scott Evans (Deena); and her pet Bella. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, 20 great-great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great-great niece as well as her loving companion.
