He is survived by: his children, Douglas Baylor (Christy) of Coshocton, Debbie Lewis (George Rentz) of Louisville and Janice Javernick (Andrew) of Huntersville; his grandchildren, Ella, Lucy Baylor, Tyler Lewis (Taylor), Jenna Lewis, Ally and Katy Javernick; and his brother Jack Baylor (Kathy) of Navarre.
