He is survived by: his wife Theresa Angelo (Rice); his children, Derek Ickes Angelo (Misty), Tonia Angelo (Robby Cutshall) and Jerry Angelo Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Derek Jr., Beth, Makayla, Joseph, Kimberly, Kaleb and Jayden; and his siblings, Patricia Angelo, Donna Franks, Rose Mary Bolon, Joe Angelo, John Angelo and Linda Warner. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
