It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James A. Maxson (Coshocton, Ohio), who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jim Maxson; his siblings, Jill and Tony Maxson; his niece Shelly Caldwell; his great-nephew Jayden; and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Fout, Ed Bowser, Randy St. John of Newcomerstown, Dave Haven, Bud Bowser and Steve Bowser.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Maxson (Bowser); his children, Daniel Maxson (Cara) of Coshocton and Ashley Hollins (Jason) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, Devyn, Avyn, Leigha, Curtis, Hailey, Sammy and Becca; his sister Jodi Fout of Sarasota, Florida; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Stringer (Chuck) of Newcomerstown, Christine Haven (Danny Peoples) of Newcomerstown and Mary St of Newcomerstown; and his aunts, Ruth Long of Circleville and Donna Ball (Larry) of Hillard. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
