He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Bettsy" Gauerke; his son Jimmy Gauerke; his parents, Gilbert Gauerke and Lydia G. Gauerke (Kunkel); and his brother Richard Gauerke.
He is survived by: his children, John Gauerke of Coshocton, Matt Gauerke (Christy) of Coshocton, Ellen Hardesty (Ray) of Coshocton and Charley Gauerke (Kelly) of Staunton, VA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Coshocton Presbyterian Church (142 N 4th St, Coshocton, OH 43812). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Footlight Players, P.O. Box 3, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 and/or the Coshocton County Animal Shelter, 21755 TR 164, Coshocton, Ohio 43812; envelopes will be available at the church.
