He is survived by: his wife Amy Ulrich (Locke); his children, Paige Salters (Tyler) and Josh Hamilton; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Salters, Traiten Williams and Keagan Salters; his sister Jean Ann Ulrich; his parents-in-law, Ronald Locke and Debi Williams Wolfe; his stepmother Mary Dobson; and his nephew Jake Ulrich. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
