He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Armstrong and Sabina Rhoades (Sullivan); and his siblings, Debbie Calvert, Roger Armstrong, Lewis Armstrong, Terry Armstrong and Stevie Ray Rhoades.
He is survived by: his sister Deloras Devine (Eddie) of Akron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
