He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fretague and Mary Fretague (Morgan); his sisters, Martha Simpkins and Nancy Turner; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Mortine, Charles Turner and Dale Simpkins.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Lou Mortine; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Turner (April), Timothy Turner, Brent Turner (Jenny), Mark Mortine (Darlene), Karen Hickman (Joe), Susan Gleeson (Steve), Melissa Shirin (Cary), Ava Mortine, Keye Simpkins (Cathy), Dale Ann Wynkoop (Rick) and Peggy Harris (Vincent).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (639 Main St, Coshocton, OH 43812). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be directed towards Interim Hospice; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
