He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Babcock and Ann Babcock (Saperito); his wife Stephanie Babcock (Van Atta); his son Clay Parks (Victoria); his grandchildren, Aimee Ryan, Isaac and Elijah Parks; his brother Clayton Babcock; his brothers-in-law, Rob Van Atta (Leann) and Tyler Van Atta; his mother-in-law Bess Van Atta; and his nieces and nephews, Taryn (Danielle), Emma, Liberty, Maleia Van Atta, Devon, Tristyn, Branson, Tressel, Lincoln and Levi Van Atta. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
