It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Schayes of Coshocton, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Felix and Betty Jane Strupe (Core); her husband Michael Schayes; her siblings, Debbie and Kenny Strupe; and her brother-in-law Bill Carmichael.
She is survived by: her daughter April Phillips (Andrew); her grandchildren, Breyden and Alawna; and her siblings, Donna Richards, Della Strupe, Betty Carmichael (Greg), Edna Carmichael, Judy Mosser, Danny Strupe and Ruth Waltz (Brian). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
