He is survived by: his wife Abigail Duerson (King); his children, Isaiah Duerson of Newcomerstown, Levi Duerson of Hawaii, Abner Duerson of New Philadelphia, Mary Duerson (Miguel) of Newcomerstown, Bethlehem Duerson of New Philadelphia, Emmanuel Duerson (Sarah) of Minneapolis, John Duerson (Maria) of Croydon, PA., Phebe Duerson of Newcomerstown and Abraham Duerson (Tiffany) of Westchester, PA; his stepchildren, Thomas Smith (Rhonda) of Newark, William Herd (Melissa) of Zanesville, Martha Herd of Columbus and Jessica Sparks of Louisville, KY; and his sister Hollins. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
