He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Lester. He is survived by: his sons, Terry Balo (Kathy) of Conesville and Donald Balo Jr. (Kelly McPherson) of Conesville; his grandchildren, D. J. Balo of New Albany and Erika Balo of Colorado; his stepgrandchildren, Deena Willis (Jeremy) of North Carolina, Bryen Johnson of Warsaw and Jeremiah Johnson (Vanessa) of Warsaw; his stepgreat-grandchild Micah Willis; his sisters, Etha Tatro Coshocton and Marilyn Fuller (Kenny) of Conesville; and his half-siblings, Iris Mercantile (James) of Coshocton and Chris Balo (Molly) of Coshocton. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
