"Pete" Carroll; her stepdaughters, April Guilliams (Richard) of Coshocton and Traci Mushrush (Todd) of Coshocton; her siblings, Billy Nichols (Tonya) of Coshocton, Diana Barcus (Sonny) of Coshocton and Connie Jackson (Ed) of Apple Valley; and her grandchildren, Jerrod, Forrest Freetage, Raelynn Chaney, Megan, Chase Carroll, Samuel Fortune III (Nicole), Sydni Horn (Austin) and Todd Mushrush Jr.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
