She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis P. Mansfield and Lena Mansfield (Allbaugh); her husband David W. Winters; and her daughter Vicki Dean. She is survived by: her children, Kendra D. Ruby (Matthew Chiapetta) of West Lafayette and Tarren Ruby (Megan) of Newark; her granddaughters, Marissa and Ava Starr; and her siblings, Joe Mansfield and Lisa Mardis.
