He was predeceased by: his grandmother Susan Carr; and his brother Wesley E. Shontz Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Wesley E. Shontz Sr. and Shannon R. Shontz (Torch) of Coshocton; his siblings, Xavier Shontz and Alyssa Shontz; and his grandparents, Tom and Pam Gartrell of Strasburg, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.
