He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte S. Steppenbacker (Carter) and Andrew Steppenbacker; his former wife Carol Ann Glass (Peebles); his son Chuck Glass; and his siblings, Tommy Glass, Bill Glass (Betty), Juanita Hargis (Chuck), Don Carter (Mary), Ronald, Andrew and George Steppenbacker.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Glass (Vanderhoff); his children, Cassandra Holtzmann (Joe), Curt Glass, Cooper Glass, Tonja Bowser, Crystal McCloy (Tim), Kimberly Fisher (Don), Shelia Reber and Daniel Timmerman (Diane); his daughter-in-law Lisa Glass; his brothers, David Steppenbacker (Delores) and Dan Steppenbacker (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy, Michele and Brenda Steppenbacker. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
