She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stafford and Carrie Stafford; and her siblings, William Byrd Stafford, Helen Rawls of Gulfport and Dorothy Gay of Colorado Springs, Colorado..
She is survived by: her husband William Smailes (Ed); and her daughter Gloria Smailes.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the South Lawn Cemetery (1317 Cemetery Dr, Coshocton, OH 43812).
