He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Young (Elizabeth) and Gwendolyn Young of Coshocton; his brother Bruce Jon Young; and his nephew David Rusnak. He is survived by: his siblings, Ralph Young Jr. (Kelly) of West Lafayette, Jay Young of Oak Harbor, WA., Michael Young of Coshocton, Brad Young (Paula) of Coshocton and Frances Burch (Troy) of Dexter City. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews; seventeen great nieces and nephews and two great-great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Messinger Indian School Mortuary (7601 E Indian School Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pattie's First Ave Lounge (7220 E 1st Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251).
