She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Young and Evelyn L. Young (Clough); her sons, Michael, Ernie and Jim Bookless; her great grandchild Michael Helmick; and the father of her children Frank Bookless.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Hazlet (Robin); her grandchildren, Tiffany Wagner (Kristen Jackson), Jason Bookless (Jennifer) of Coshocton and Brandon Lambert of Coshocton; and her great grandchild Dylan Helmick of Coshocton.
