She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry M. Smith and Clara L. Smith (Webb); her husband Raymond Milligan; her sons, Brett W. Milligan and Mark J. Milligan; and her siblings, William J. Smith, James H. Smith and E. Marie Waybel.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Booth of Coshocton, Marjorie Webb (Jerry) of Canton, Ohio, Larry D. Wohlheter (Joy) of Cambridge, Rodney E. Wohlheter of Coshocton and Dennis W. Wohlheter (Peggy) of Coshocton. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
