Though Amber Kathleen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her friend Daphne; her parents, Mark Lowe and Leslie Rios; her stepfather Jim Rios; her son Anthony Cichon (Marc Lopez); her grandchild Maia; her brother Eric Lowe (Paula); and her stepgrandparents, Jesse and Judy Rios. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and many special friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Amber's name to the American Heart Association or your local animal shelter.
