He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fiest and Jessie Fiest; his siblings, Joyce Jones, Harold, Norman, Frank and Fred; and his grandson Thomas Fiest.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Fiest (Debbie), Gary, Alan Fiest, Tom Fiest (Tammie) and Jenny Martin (David); and his sister Ruth Chalker. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
