She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Smith (Cookie) and Raymond "Doug" Smith (Juanita); her siblings, Doug Verner (Charlen), Lynda Shaffer (Brad) and Lori Carpenter; her grandchildren, Josh Smith, Brad Sturm and Krista Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Alexia, Evelyn and Maci. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
