He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross H. Kolley and Leone Thomas Kolley (Hicks); his son Tommy Lee Thomas, Jr.; and his stepsister Gwen Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Janice E. Galbincea; his brother Kenneth W. Thomas (Natalie); and his stepsister Donna Loomis (Don) of Lake Milton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters - in - law, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Tom's family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Loyal Order of Moose, 6400 State Rte. 46, Cortland, OH 44410, in his memory.
