He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Noble and Phyllis Noble; and his siblings, Harry, John Noble and Faye Hood.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhea Markley (John); his granddaughter Tori Markley; his former wife Betty Noble; his stepson Travis Hipple; and his sisters, Grace Noble Warro, Donna Noble Stellar of Cleveland and Dianne Noble McDivitt.
