He is survived by: his wife Sonja; his stepsons, Eric White (Rachel) and Adam White (Melissa); his granddaughter Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Jeff Kish (Sharon) of Jefferson, Ruthie Moorhouse (Dean) of Massachusetts, Marguerite Roy (John) of Massachusetts and David Dunston (Sandy) of Texas.
