She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Shafer Hoffman and John W Hoffman. She is survived by: her significant other Lee C. Cash of Cortland Oh; her brothers, Robert Hoffman of Lordstown, OH, Thomas Hoffman of Lordstown, OH and Larry Hoffman of Niles, OH; her son Keith W. Long of Newport News, VA; and her grandchildren, AdriAnn, Kayleigh and Kia Long of Newport News, VA..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the William Nicholas Funeral Home & Cremation Services (614 Warren Ave, Niles, OH 44446).
