He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Penn and Ruth Garrett Penn. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Springer Penn; his sons, Owen Penn of Cortland and Matt Penn (Kelli) of Cortland; his sister Jackie Adams of Warren; his grandchildren, Trevor Penn (Alli), Jeremy Penn (Hannah), Haiden Penn, Avery and Allie Penn; his great grandchildren, Barrett, Roman and Carter Penn; and his pet Ellie.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the American Legion Post #540, 369 S. Colonial Dr. Cortland, OH 44410.
