He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McCullough and Helen Marie McCullough; and his sister Judy Tall. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Michael (Elaine McCullough), Maureen (Jason Russ) and Amanda (Mark Lewis); his grandchildren, Addison, Carmen, Harper Russ and Cooper McCullough; and his sister Debra. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous close friends.
