He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer T. Small and Mina L. Small (Bonnett); his wife Beatrice E. Russell; and his sisters, Betty Piffer and Beverly Gower.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert B. Small, Jr. (Michelle) of Scottsville, KY, Jeffrey Small (Cheryl) of Champion, OH and Brian P. Small (Kathryn) of Niles, OH; and his siblings, Margaret Greathouse, Elmer L. Small and Russell Small.
