She was predeceased by: her parents, William Butler and Rhoda Butler (Spencer); and her husband Vido T. Montellese. She is survived by: her children, David Vincent Montellese (Hazel) of Cleveland, OH, William V. Montellese (Sherri) of Sebring, OH and Teresa S. DeLuca (Nunziato) of Champion, OH; and her sister Vicky DeVault of Champion, OH. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
