She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Glenn and Bernice Glenn Sr. (Cottrill); her husband John R. Sprague Sr.; her son Paul; and her siblings, George, Duane Glenn, Yvonne Limbeck, Jacqueline LeMaster and Margaret Emerine.
She is survived by: her sons, John R. Sprague Jr. (Donna) of Warren, Todd D. Sprague of Cortland, Stephen M. Sprague (Cynthia) of Bristolville and Shawn M. Sprague (Kathleen) of McDonald; and her brother Frank J. Glenn Jr. (Linda) of Cortland.
