He is survived by: his wife Denise Javorsky; his children, Wendy Unrue and Sean Javorsky (Angela); his grandchildren, Michael Unrue, Logan Javorsky and Alaina Welsch; and his brothers, Mark and David Javorsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
