She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Phillips and Charolotte Phillips (Hopkins). She is survived by: her son David Phillips; her siblings, Susan Sampedro (Tony), Debbie Smith (Mike), Larry Phillips (Dona), Steve Phillips (Lisa) and Tim Phillips; her niece Lora Dobay (Ken); and her nephew Shawn Smith (Chris).
