She is survived by: her parent Mary Zakrajsek (Kushar); her husband Frank Holko of Cortland, OH; her sons, Dennis Holko (Laura) of Mecca Twp and Jerry Holko (Dorothy) of Johnston, OH; her brother Joseph Zakrajsek of Cortland, OH; her grandchildren, Chad Holko (Nicole), Craig Holko (Stephanie Gula), Megan Holko and Mallory Gabrovsek (Stephen); and her great grandchildren, Luke Holko and Lily Holko.
