It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Kerns of Cortland, Ohio, born in Princeton, New Jersey, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Smith and Mary Josephine Smith (Brady); her husband Fred Kerns; her brothers, Raymond and Paul Smith; and her son Laurence Kerns.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Dubendorfer (Joe) of Corning, NY, Cecelia Pipes (Samuel) of Howland, Patricia Bauman (Thomas) of Salem, OH, Dennis Kerns of Cortland, Rosanne Keckler (Wyatt), Thomas Kerns (Angela) of Niles, Joseph Kerns of Warren, Martin Kerns of Youngstown, Matthew Kerns (Sally) of Warren and William Kerns of Warren; and her sister Rosemary Smith of California. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
