He was predeceased by: his grandfather Pete Martinez; and his great-grandparent Alyce Stowell. He is survived by: his parents, Lance S. Martinez of Cortland, OH and Whitney R. Martinez of Greene; his siblings, Kyre Martinez and Delaney Martinez; his grandparents, Richard Morrow of Wayne, Lynne Morrow of Wayne, James Blizzard of Birmingham, AL and Donna Blizzard of Birmingham, AL; his great-grandparents, Melvin Beebe of Jefferson, Melvena Beebe of Jefferson and Elden Stowell of Indiana; and his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Morrow, Rick Morrow, Gabe Martinez and Mark Blizzard (Jackie). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to set up a Maplewood Scholarship Fund.
