Joseph L. Phipps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph L. Phipps of Cortland, Ohio, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Phipps and Ann Phipps (Michaels); his wife Jean Phipps (Persin); his sons, Alan Joseph Phipps and Ricky Phipps; his son-in-law Clyde Clark; and his siblings, Cathy, Anne and William.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debby Jean Clark of Aurora, Marcia Hughes of Cortland and Karen Davies of Cortland; his daughter-in-law Joanna Phipps Enoch of Champion; his sister Lisa Connor of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law Carol Ryals of Taylorsville, N. C.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
