He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Mattis and Concetta Mattis. He is survived by: his wife Joann M. Mattis; his sisters, Florence Mattis of Warren and Jane O'Neill of Warren; his nephew Tom O'Neill (Linda) of Canton; his great-nephew Christopher; and his great-niece Cassandra.
