She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gorthy and Irene AuClair Gorthy; and her son Charles Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Dale Jaster; her son Conrad Brooks of Mayleen, Ala; her stepchildren, Vickie Kuzmick of Johnston and Daniel Jaster of Warren; and her siblings, Judy Price of Detroit and John Gorthy of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the memorial fund of the Calvary Bible Church, 4747 Warren Rd. N.E., Cortland, Ohio 44410.
